1. Shipping Origin / 発送元

All products are shipped directly from Japan under strict quality control.
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Japanese fulfillment center.

ご注文は日本国内の出荷拠点より順次発送いたします。
2. Shipping Regions / 配送対象地域

We deliver to most countries worldwide.
However, some destinations may be restricted due to customs regulations or import laws.

3. Delivery Time / お届けまでの期間

Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs inspections, holidays, or international logistics conditions.

ご入金確認後、通常7〜14営業日以内に発送いたします。
通関手続・祝祭日・現地物流状況により、配送に時間を要する場合があります。
4. Shipping Methods / 配送方法

We primarily use DHL, FedEx, or EMS for international deliveries.
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

国際配送には主に DHL・FedEx・EMS を使用しております。
発送完了後、追跡番号をお知らせいたします。
5. Who Pays Shipping? / 送料負担

Our error (damage, wrong item): We cover the return/replacement shipping cost.
Customer convenience (change of mind, wrong order, etc.): Customer covers return shipping and related costs.
JP:
当社不備（破損・誤配送等）：当社が返送料等を負担します。
お客様都合（イメージ違い・注文間違い等）：返送料・関連費用はお客様負担となります。
6. Shipping Fees / 送料

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, weight, and delivery service.

送料はお届け先・重量・配送サービスによって異なります。

7. Customs Duties & Local Taxes / 関税・現地税

Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
JP:
お届け先の国・地域によっては、関税・通関手数料・現地税が発生する場合があります。
これらの費用はお客様のご負担となり、商品代金および送料には含まれません。
8. Address Accuracy / 住所の正確性について
EN:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded, and reshipping fees will apply.
JP:
ご住所は正確にご入力ください。
住所不備や不在などにより返送された場合、返金はいたしかねます。
再発送をご希望の場合は、追加送料をご負担いただきます。
9. Customs Refusal & Unpaid Duties / 関税拒否・未払いについて
EN:
If the customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, the shipment will be returned or disposed of by the carrier.
In such cases, the order will be treated as canceled by the customer, and no refund will be issued.
JP:
お客様が関税・現地税の支払いを拒否された場合、商品は返送または廃棄されます。
その際、注文はお客様都合によるキャンセル扱いとなり、返金は行われません。
10. Product Damage / 破損について
EN:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
JP:
破損・誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。
確認のうえ、代替品の再発送または返金対応をさせていただきます。
📝 Note: Minor packaging damage during transit is not considered a defect.
（輸送中の軽微な外箱の潰れや擦れは不良品とはみなしません。）
11. Perishable Items / 生鮮・食品・酒類について
EN:
Due to the nature of perishable goods such as Japanese sake, vegetables, and fermented products,
returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once shipped, even if unopened.
JP:
日本酒・野菜・発酵食品などの生鮮・食品類は衛生および品質保持の観点から、発送後の返品・交換はできません。
未開封であっても返品対象外となります。
12. Return Shipping / 返品時の発送方法
EN:
If a return is approved, please use DHL, FedEx, or EMS for international shipping.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at purchase, after confirming the returned items.
JP:
返品が承認された場合は、DHL・FedEx・EMSなどの国際宅配便をご利用ください。
着払い返品や無断返送はお受けできません。
返送品確認後、ご購入時と同じ決済方法にて返金いたします。
13. Delivery Delays / 配送遅延について
EN:
International deliveries may experience delays due to customs, weather, or local regulations.
We are not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
JP:
税関検査・天候・現地法規制等により配送が遅延する場合があります。
配送業者への引き渡し後の遅延については、当社では責任を負いかねます。
14. Refund Conditions / 返金条件
EN:
Refunds apply only in cases of verified product damage or wrong delivery.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
JP:
返金は、破損・誤配送など当社の不備による場合のみ対応いたします。
送料・関税・決済手数料等は返金対象外です。
15. Cultural Performances / 文化パフォーマンス
EN:
Bookings for cultural performances (e.g., Japanese calligraphy shows) are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling may be discussed up to 30 days before the event date.
JP:
書道パフォーマンス等の文化イベントは、確定後のキャンセル・返金不可です。
イベント日の30日前まで日程変更のご相談を承ります。
